Williams College Commencement Weekend is one of our busiest weekends of the year. To provide the best possible experience, reservations are accepted through a reservation request process. Completing the request form does not guarantee a reservation. Our team will review your preferences and contact you with availability.
For many Williams families, Commencement Weekend is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Our goal is to make the reservation process as thoughtful as the experience itself.

Friday, June 4 – Sunday, June 6, 2027
Reservations available nightly
5:00–8:30 PM
To accommodate as many Williams families as possible during Commencement Weekend, dining reservations are scheduled for two hours from your reservation time.
During Commencement Weekend we offer a seasonal three-course prix fixe menu, typically priced between $80–$100 per guest, exclusive of beverages, tax, and gratuity.

what happens next?
1. Our team will review availability and contact you. Our team reviews requests in the order received and typically responds within 3–5 business days.
2. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an OpenTable confirmation email.
3. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
4. Your reservation is confirmed once your credit card has been added through OpenTable.
cancellation policy
Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty through May 1, 2027.
After May 1:
• $50 cancellation fee per guest.
guest count
Final guest count due two weeks prior.
Your final bill will reflect either
your confirmed guest count or the number of guests who attend, whichever is greater.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DINING TIME?
Yes. We'll do our best based on availability. Seating requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
WILL MY RESERVATION BE CONFIRMED IMMEDIATELY?
No. Reservation requests are reviewed manually.
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION LATER?
Yes, subject to availability.
CAN I INCREASE MY PARTY SIZE?
We'll always try, but additional seating cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT IF SOMEONE HAS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
