Maddy Orcutt has been part of the Mezze Hospitality team for more than a decade, growing through nearly every front-of-house role before becoming Front of House Manager. Her deep understanding of service, paired with her calm leadership, has helped shape the welcoming experience guests have come to expect at Mezze Bistro.

Passionate about wine and hospitality, Maddy enjoys mentoring her team in the art of thoughtful service—from the rhythm of a well-run dining room to the stories behind the wines on the list. She believes great hospitality comes from knowledge shared generously, genuine curiosity, and making every guest feel cared for.

Today, Maddy oversees Mezze's award-winning wine program and leads experiences like The Wine Salon, where she brings people together around seasonal food, thoughtfully selected wines, and conversation.
