Breaking the Boot | March

Chefs Nick Moulton and Kevin Orcutt continue exploring their curiosity about the Mediterranean. This winter, they lead the team on a culinary study of Italy in our kitchen.

Breaking the Boot is our winter study to observe, learn, and experience techniques and flavors from the Northern provinces to Central Italy to the Mezzogiorno, finishing our study in April with  Sicily and the Aeolian archipelago.

Throughout winter, featured dishes will be part of the prix fixe menu.  See daily menu here. 

Sundays (excluding holiday Sundays), we'll have a featured Breaking the Boot pre-set menu priced at $45.

Throughout March, the team focuses their menu on Southern Italy: Campania — Calabria — Molise— Puglia —Basilicata. We enter into volcanic soils, dryer climates, the seas.
